We aimed at creating a beer with delicate notes of cocoa, coffee and cappuccino, one that’s pleasantly creamy on the palate. The flavour is brought to perfection by the distinctive as well as unique taste and scent of tonka beans (somewhat similar to that of almond-vanilla-marzipan-cinnamon cookies). A milk stout was selected as the most suitable basis for such an easy-to-sip yet complex beer; in addition to cocoa, coffee and tonka beans, we used 8 different malts and lactose to ensure the sweet, creamy and silky notes. Alpha batch, one-time brew, limited edition. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and made only from natural ingredients.
