TROPICAL DREAMIN' - Craft Beer Spirit

This beer spirit was crafted from our LöWOLF – TROPICAL DREAMIN’ (New England) and is made unique by the distinctive character of Sabro and Idaho 7 hops—even in distilled form. 

Beer spirit is made in a similar way to traditional fruit brandy; however, its base is not fruit but beer—so the final character always depends on the original brew used. Our TROPICAL DREAMIN’ was a New England IPA brewed with Sabro and Idaho 7 hops. The distinctive traits of these hops also define the flavor and aroma profile of our beer spirit, expressed through the following notes:

It is defined by citrusy, bold floral and complex fruity notes, complemented by creamy, gently bitter accents that soften the perfumed character beautifully.
