This beer spirit was crafted from our L\u00f6WOLF \u2013 CRAZY KANGAROO (Australian DDH DIPA), made special by the unique character of Australian ELLA and GALAXY hops.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n Beer spirit is made in a similar way to traditional fruit brandy (Palinka). The base, however, is not fruit, but our craft beer \u2014 so the final character always depends on the original beer used. CRAZY KANGAROO was an Australian DIPA brewed with Australian ELLA and GALAXY hops.
