CRAZY KANGAROO - Craft Beer Spirit

This beer spirit was crafted from our LöWOLF – CRAZY KANGAROO (Australian DDH DIPA), made special by the unique character of Australian ELLA and GALAXY hops.

Beer spirit is made in a similar way to traditional fruit brandy (Palinka). The base, however, is not fruit, but our craft beer — so the final character always depends on the original beer used. CRAZY KANGAROO was an Australian DIPA brewed with Australian ELLA and GALAXY hops. The distinctive aroma traits of these hops also define the flavor and aroma profile of our beer spirit, expressed as the following characteristics:

Fragrant table-grape notes blend with a rose-flower character, touched by a hint of Muscat and a gentle, lingering bitterness on the palate.
